John Lewis has announced the addition of 30+ new brands to its fashion, accessory and beauty offer for the autumn season. Some are already in-store with more due this month and the debuts set to continue into October.
E-tailer Sosandar had a strong first quarter, despite the lockdown, and even edged closer to profitability in June. The company adjusted its strategy and its product mix and won new customers as a result.
Fast-growing womenswear e-tailer Sosandar said on Friday that Stephen Dilks is joining it as Finance Director as James Bowling, Head of Finance, “has decided to step down to pursue other opportunities”.

E-tailer Sosandar is continuing to make huge leaps forward as far as sales growth is concerned, but the money it's spending on driving that growth means its losses will also grow in the short term, it said Monday.
Sosandar has its annual general meeting on Monday and ahead of this, the company issued an update that said the increased investment it has made into marketing and product “is producing very good results”.
No matter how well a company is doing, cash flow is a key issue and smaller firms need a healthy cash balance to grow. So it’s interesting that fast-expanding (but small) Sosandar has announced a £7m share placing.
