According to a statement, the company’s board is pleased with Davis’ work at Jacques Vert, where he redefined the strategic direction of the group and its brands.

He will be succeeded by Shaun Wills, who is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer. A former CFO of Supergroup plc, Wills has over 25 years of retail experience and has held several senior executive positions at Fat Face New Look, Debenhams and Habitat.

The British group’s collection of brands includes womenswear labels Jacques Vert, Precis, Windsmoor, Eastex and Dash. Jacques Vert is currently mid-way through a turnaround programme, and according to the brand, its underlying performance increased significantly over the last year.
