Located in New York City in the heart of Manhattan's Chinatown on 41 Division Street, the new 25,000 square-foot Hypebeast space spans seven floors and will house a new HBX New York flagship store, Hypebeans café, event spaces, as well as an office headquarters.

The new HBX store will serve as the Hypebeast global flagship, with retail and a cafe making up the first two stories of the building. On the ground floor, the space can seamlessly transform from a neighborhood "courtyard" into an event space, an exhibition, or pop-up. It will also be home to the first Hypebeans in the U.S., a destination dedicated to building community and connection while offering high-quality coffee and locally sourced treats.

The second floor will showcase a global curation of over 40 brands from both established and up-and-coming menswear, womenswear, and lifestyle labels including Nike, Raf Simons, Thom Browne, Maison Mihara, Acne Studios and Reese Cooper.

The third floor will feature an innovation space to house cultural activations and brand pop-ups, and the rest of the building will serve as Hypebeast's headquarters in North America housing over 100 employees, the company added.

The new Hypebeast building opens on June 17.

Founded by Kevin Ma in 2005, Hypebeast started as a sneaker blog before growing into a fully-fledged fashion and lifestyle publication, covering contemporary art, luxury fashion and music, with its own online store, HBX.

The company is currently listed in Hong Kong, with plans to become a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq by the end of the year.
