Falconhead Capital, M3 Outdoor Investments acquire Kwik Tek

Colorado-based outdoor company Kwik Tek announced on Thursday that it has been acquired by an investment group comprised of Falconhead Capital, LLC and M3 Outdoor Investments. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1991, Kwik Tek is a designer and supplier of outdoor branded products for the recreational watersports and winter sports markets. The company supplies products such as towables, inflatables, life jackets, wakeboards, and related accessories through consumer brands Airhead, Sportsstuff, and Yukon Charlie's.
