Ladow is leaving her employment at KappAhl to take up a new position, though it wasn't revealed what her new position is, or with which company. She will leave KappAhl on April 30.

KappAhl said the process to recruit a new Vice President Assortment and Design has begun. In the meantime, Design- & Purchasing manager Kids, Desiré Westerberg, will coordinate the work of KappAhl's assortment and design departments.

KappAhl, which was founded in Sweden in 1953, has close to 380 stores in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Poland, and made 4.6bn SEK in sales in 2014/15. Last year saw the retailer team up with Swedish pop duo Roxette to re-record their 1988 hit "The Look" for KappAhl's campaign.
