Canada Goose is set to launch an exclusive capsule collection on January 10, under the name and in-line with its purpose-built platform designed to unite its sustainability and values-based initiatives, Humanature.

The five-piece capsule collection was made using recycled Feather-Light Ripstop, the recycled version of the brands proprietary fabric, and brings the brand closer to its commitment to transitioning to 90 percent Preferred Fibres and Materials (PFMs) by 2025. The Humanature capsule is the largest collection of PFMs to date.

The down throughout the capsule is also 100 percent responsibly sourced, while styles stay true to the brand’s heritage in performance, luxury and innovation, with adjustable and removable features – including belts and hoods – that provide versatility across seasons and weather.

Likewise, the natural monochromatic undyed Griege colourway throughout the collection was not dyed, allowing the brand to eliminate the chemicals and water that are needed within the dyeing process. Griege is an exclusive characteristic of Canada Goose’s Humanature collections.

Pieces include the Standard Expedition, alongside four new styles of overcoats and puffers for men and women: Ryha Overcoat, Keifer Puffer, Ryker Overcoat and Nairo Puffer.

Humanature was first introduced in November 2020 and "was born from the belief that to be human, is to be a part of nature; as everyone has an inherent responsibility to give back, protect the planet and make an impact. Humanature underscores the brand’s purpose to keep the planet cold and the people on it warm,” the company explained in a news statement.

In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, Canada Goose also announced in June that it will stop making its products with fur by the end of 2022.
