Bobbi Brown launched in Peru in late 2016 with a concession store in Ripley’s store at Jockey Plaza, followed by a directly-operated standalone store at the shopping mall. The American beauty brand plans to continue growing in the country this year with more openings.

The label is currently looking for new retail space as part of its expansion plans, particularly in Lima. The next openings will be in shopping malls in districts of the Lima Province like San Isidro, Miraflores or La Molina, as well as in more Ripley stores. The expansion push will continue in 2019 with regional openings.

Bobbi Brown Peru expects to end its second year with a sales growth of over 100% to over 5.5 million sales, or $1.8 million dollars. Sales for the following year are expected to grow by more than 20% and near $2 million dollars in the third year of operations.

Bobbi Brown owner Estée Lauder has changed its strategy in the region and is strongly committed to Latin American countries like Peru, where it launched the group’s first store with a wide range of beauty and make up products.
